When it comes to Industrial and Hazardous Material Emergencies, there is just too much to talk about.  Don't worry, we will not leave you hanging too long.  As you know, there are just a few of us and a lot to do, so hang in there and we will provide some great insight and information on this topic.  Great pictures like the one above will be coming too....

bulletStan Wiggins completed the Texas A&M Industrial Fire School and is certified as a NFPA 1081 National Pro Board Industrial Exterior Fire Brigade Firefighter
bulletStan Wiggins completed the Texas A&M Industrial Fire School and is certified as a NFPA 1081 National Pro Board Industrial Fire Brigade Leader
bulletStan Wiggins is currently scheduling to attend the Texas A&M Fire School to obtain the NFPA 1081 National Pro Board Interior Fire Brigade Firefighter Certification School
bulletStan Wiggins is also currently scheduling to attend the Texas A&M Fire School to obtain the NFPA 1041 National Pro Board Fire Instructor I Certification School
bulletStan Wiggins goal is to achieve the Industrial Emerency Response Specialist Certification.  To date only 60 individuals have acquired this prestigious award and industry certification.

Capabilities

Industrial and HazMat firefighters and personnel have their hands full as you will soon learn.  Both topics are very demanding and we want you to walk away with some great insight on these subjects.  So, please be patient we will provide more later.   After all, this entire site was put together in one long day and as you can tell by the rambling, rest is needed before more content can be added.  Thanks for your understanding.

Capability 1
As Hazardous Material Operations Certified, those members can work to contain Hazardous Material spills that may occur in an emergency incident such as a Tanker Truck, Rail Road Car, or Industrial Plant accident.
Capability 2
As industrial Firefighters, if area refineries have a major fire emergency that requires mutual aid, those certified firefighters will have the expertise and knowledge to assist the plant personnel.
Capability 3
As a certified Industrial Instructor, the firefighter will have the authority to teach firefighters on Industrial Fire Brigade tactics.
